BRAAAAAAAAINS! Alright my hungry SoCal Zombie fans, ZomBcon is coming to a city near you! It may seems like month’s away until Zombie madness hits the United States with the arrival of ZomBcon 2010 in Seattle this Halloween, but have no fear, they have been saving the best for last!
The good news is the gang from ZomBcon has been hard at work these past few months to bring you the premier showcase in Zombie culture.
“We couldn’t think of a better backdrop to announce some of our big ZomBcon 2010 news than the biggest fan Mecca in the United States. ZomBcon shares the same spirit in celebrating fan culture and we are very excited about recent developments.” says Ryan Reiter, Artistic Director and founder of ZomBcon.
So what big announcements are in store for Zombie fans of all ages at SDCC? Kimberly Varney, Convention Manager, mentions more major guests, premier discussion panels, interactive fan workshops, author chats, and a zombie film gestival will be revealed, offering fans a much-anticipated first look at ZomBcon.
It’s has been just weeks since the Producers of ZomBcon returned the Guinness Book World Record for the “Largest Zombie Walk” back to Seattle, reclaiming the title of Zombie Capital of the World this past 4th of July. In celebration, the team at ZomBcon is taking a road trip down south to speak with the fans, interview special guests and spread the infection about one of the hottest tickets to hit the convention circuit in years. With recent excitement about guests Bruce Campbell and George A Romero, it’s time to get fans to confess their Zombie love.
Come join us starting on Thursday, July 22nd at Geekscape, the ZomBcon 2010 Official Media Partner; booth #4018 Geekscape Look for The Prom Night of the Living Dead King and Queen, Miss ZomBcon California and maybe that live ZomBie we’ve been trying to catch..
